I’ve not been out for a run since Tuesday and I’m getting frustrated. I’ve had a cold which started as a sore throat but landed quickly in my lungs. I’m an asthmatic and while running has helped a huge amount with my asthma, running while my lungs are full of gunk is a very bad idea for me.
So to keep me from going completely mad with a lack of exrercise I went to a Glow Yoga class on Thursday morning and today I’m off for a walk with my husband.
I am really hoping that my lungs clear up by tomorrow so I can get out there and do something, even if it’s just a gentle 30mins. I’m starting to feel sluggish with the lack of exercise and want to get back to my British 10K training plan!
