30 Day Shred – Days 6 & 7 – now with added weights!

Yesterday I had a long day at work in Birmingham and had more work to do when I got home. By 9pm I hadn’t done my session with Jillian and started to think about giving it a miss for the day.

But then I could hear Jillian’s voice saying “abs like this don’t come for free” so I finished my work and got on with my session.

It was the first time of using my new hand weights. I started with the smallest 1kg ones and definitely noticed the difference. I’ll use these for a couple of days and move up to the 1.5kg.

After a good night sleep I was up at 6.30am to do Day 7. It’s definitely starting to feel easier – I can actually do some press ups on my toes now!
