I am very proud to be featured on the Thinking Slimmer website as one of their success stories. I have been charting my own progress with my Slimpod on this blog but it’s quite strange for me to read my story as told by someone else, and with a little bit of journalistic artistic licence!
I am thrilled at the thought that my story might inspire or motivate someone else to start using a Slimpod and take the first steps to change their relationship with food and exercise forever.

Bex.. this has literally bought a tear to my eye! What a brilliant story. I read it and was nodding along, so much of what you said resonates with me. I’m going to have a look into Slimpod, it’s not something I’ve tried but have been on a diet for the last 20 years and continue to grow! I do have some medical issues and I’m being tested for various thinks, it is also thought that my metabolism has dropped to zero after a period of inactivity, which I hope the running will start to help, but this looks fantastic. Thank you!!
I really have nothing but good things to say about Thinking Slimmer and the Slimpod. I never thought I’d find a way to lose weight – I’d pretty much given up trying, but this way is so easy and effortless. There are lots of people using it with medical conditions – some with diabetes who have been able to reduce their medication, some with depression who are finding that they need less of their medication as well. There is a fantastic support network too that’s not obvious from the website. Let me know if you’ve got any questions about it – I really do recommend it.
