30 Day Shred – Day 11 – Level 2

Last night I watched through Level 2 so that I knew what was coming. I’m glad I did as it would have been difficult to keep up otherwise.

Level 2 is without a doubt harder than Level 1. There are some progressions in the strength parts but the cardio moves are new and tough!

I struggled with some of the moves – plank jacks and squat thrusts are not easy at 6.30am – but I was pleased to not be at beginner level for everything.

Hopefully I’ll progress as quickly as I did through Level 1.
