Up at 6.30am again to do my shred session. It’s surprising how quickly I’ve got into this habit – I definitely prefer an early start rather than doing a session after a day at work. I also think it’s good to give your body a bit of a kick in the morning!
This morning felt better than yesterday as I knew the moves better. I can do all the strength and abs moves but the cardio is tough! I managed a few squat thrusts and 30 secs of plank jacks but had to go back to the beginners versions to finish off.
It’s tough, but as I can already see an improvement I hope it will start to feel easier in a few more days!
