Yesterday I travelled with work which meant an early start and no time to ‘shred’ before heading out of the house. So I did it when I got in from work. I usually don’t like exercising in the evening – I find it hard after a day at work.
But I quite enjoyed it and found that I got into the session much quicker than in the morning. Warm up jumping jacks were easier with limbs that hadn’t just been dragged out of bed and my coordination was definitely better.
So today I had to travel early again and decided that I would shred after getting home. But a couple of glasses of wine on the train home has put paid to that idea. I’m all for being disciplined and sticking to a schedule but sometimes a good catch up with a great friend is far more important.
