I’ve just completed Day 25 of the shred. Level 3 isn’t getting any easier but I was pleased with how did this morning. I nearly completed a whole minute of walking planks and I did the whole minute of travelling push ups. I’m still struggling with the plank and leg lift move as it puts quite a lot of pressure on my wrists but again I managed 30 secs on this before having to move to my knees to complete the set.
With just 5 days left to complete I thought I’d measure myself again to see how I’m getting on. 3 weeks ago I took a new measurement on my body – my widest part – which is around my tummy. I am an apple shape and my tummy area is definitely my biggest problem. So I was delighted to find that in just 3 weeks I’ve lost an inch from that area!
That’s given me a real boost and I’m now feeling very motivated to complete the last 5 days with style.
I’ve also started to think about what comes next. I’ve got used to working out with Jillian and enjoy her style. I’ve invested in her box set ‘The Collection’ and need to decide which of the other 3 workouts I’m going to try next.
