30 Day Shred – Days 26 and 27

I’ve had two good days of the shred in a row – it’s amazing the progress that you can make when you get into the swing of this. Having had a couple of days off earlier in the week I’ve now done the shred on 4 consecutive days and it shows in the progress I’m making.

There are still parts of Level 3 that I struggle with. Jumping lunges are not for me – I’ve substituted them with the lunge and row from level 2, but I’m getting better at walking planks and some of the other more difficult moves.

Just 3 more days to go – I can’t believe I’m nearly done!
