A few weeks ago I recorded some new workout videos with Julia for her members website. These videos are usually exclusive content for Julia’s clients but I’m really excited that she’s let me share one of them with you on my blog – thanks Julia!
This is a ladders session featuring a close grip row and some weighted punching sit ups – great for the core. We do 2,4,6,8,10 reps of one move then the same of the other. Then we go back down the ladder on the other side. Might not sound like much but believe me if you pick up the right weight you’ll feel it!
