I’m now 3 weeks into my Six Week Six pack workout. Last week I managed to do 3 sessions and also a pilates class. This week has been more challenging as we were away in Berlin for 3 nights so I’ve only managed to fit in 2 sessions.
I am now at a stage where I know the workout all the way through so it’s much easier to follow just by listening rather than having to stop and look at the screen to check that I’m doing it properly!
Despite doing less than the recommended sessions I can definitely feel a difference in my core – especially my obliques. At this stage it’s recommended that I move onto Level 2 but given that I’ve only managed 2 sessions this week I’m going to stick with Level 1 for another week before I step it up. Level 1 is a tough workout – I am dripping with sweat by the end of it so goodness knows what Level 2 is going to be like!
Update – I’m now halfway through my 4th week and decided to measure myself yesterday morning to see if there had been any progress. I’m delighted to report that another half an inch has disappeared from my waist and my tummy.
